How we handle sod installation.
We install all four warm-season turf types: Bermuda (TifTuf, Tifway 419), Zoysia (Empire, JaMur, Zeon), Centipede, and St. Augustine. Choice depends on sun, traffic, and maintenance level — we'll walk through the trade-offs at the estimate.
Sod fails when the prep is rushed. We grade for proper drainage, till and amend the top 4–6 inches, screed smooth, and lay tight with staggered joints. First-week watering is on you — we leave a written schedule.
