Georgia soils are heavy clay, often acidic, and dry out fast in summer. The fertilization schedule, weed-control products, and aeration timing that work in north Georgia don't always work here in the middle of the state — and they don't always work the same year to year. We tune the program to your specific lawn, year-round.
We coordinate maintenance visits around the weather, soil temperature, and growth stage rather than running everyone on the same calendar. A Bermuda lawn in Peachtree City and a Centipede lawn outside Thomaston have very different needs, and we treat them that way.
We pull soil samples on request and feed the lawn what it actually needs — not a generic 4-step program.
